Return and Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange your item within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day the Item is accepted, which will be verified by the Customer’s signature on the delivery note or other relevant document confirming the handover of the Item from the Supplier to the Customer.

Only items having no signs of usage, with original undamaged packaging are eligible for return or exchange. You can exchange your unwanted Item for one at the same price or lower.

In order to initiate the return or exchange of the Item you need to provide the payment verification document that confirms that the Item was purchased in the online shop.

The Item return procedure will begin with your electronic request for return or exchange of the Item submitted on Our manager will verify your return request and will get back in touch with you by e-mail or other electronic contact to discuss the details and confirm the request for Item return/exchange.

The shipping expenses for the Item returned by the Customer to the Supplier are payable by the Supplier. The amount paid for the returned Item will be repaid to the Customer’s account within 10 (ten) banking days from the date the Supplier will have received the returned Item.

Please, be informed that in the case of one or several details being damaged in the process of assembly, we will be happy to post the replacement details for you free of charge. All you need to do is to provide photos of the damaged/broken detail or its part’s number as well as the address you want your replacement detail to be delivered to.

The replacement spare details are delivered directly from our production facilities (9 Pryozerna str., Horenka town, Kyivo-Svyatoshynsky district, Ukraine, 08105) to the address you provide. The shipping term is 3-4 weeks depending on the region of delivery.
